Project: ICITLFAL - I Love Promo Pack
The “I Love” project serves as the soft launch for "I Color Inside the Lines For A Living." We aimed to create a promotional kit that captured the energy of our debut project. The kit features a custom hand-painted FENDER Telecaster "Homage" that honors the owner's East Coast roots. It evokes memories of NYC in the early 80s.
The promotional set includes a t-shirt, stickers, a custom-printed guitar pick, an invitation styled like an '80s punk rock zine, a custom varnished box, and matching tissue paper. Inspired by 80s MTV leopard print, we used that pattern for the box’s varnish and tissue paper. The die-cut heart in the box lid acts as a window into what we "love," also serving as an engagement tool in a social post asking recipients to share images or videos of what they love. Since the project centered around my love for New York, the die-cut “I love” logo was a playful addition. The t-shirt design and stickers were crafted specifically for this release, making the set highly exclusive with heartfelt attention.
I handled creative direction, packaging design, order management, supplies, vendor communication, project overseeing, fulfillment, social content creation, and documentation. The outcome was excellent. The stakeholders were pleased, along with friends and family who received their promo packs. Seeing the guitar in person was truly impressive.
